Creative Department - Artwork Submission Forms

As a means to better facilitate your needs in the most efficient manner, please fill out a form when requesting artwork (i.e. presentations, ads, flyers, CDUs, custom art, etc.) from the Creative Department. We want this to be our procedure moving forward until a better solution presents itself. This may come across as one more thing we need from you, but we truly believe this will speed up the process. By having everything we need from you checked off, it will limit the back-and-forth communication that takes up precious time.

We are asking for a 48 hour lead time, but we do understand there are exceptions. Please limit the exceptions. We will not start on your task until we have all the information needed filled out in the form. This is in addition to filling out a task in intervals, but feel free to copy and paste the form into intervals if that makes it easier for you.

FYI: Promo Department does not need to fill out this form for daily cutline files. However please use the template Jonathan set up in Outlook.
