Picnic Time knowledge base

• SalesPad will create a CSV file each time a batch of orders is ready for decorating with licensed logos. A folder for the batch is automatically created here:

  Z:\COMMUNITY_ARTWORK\Chroma-Tec\_LICENSED\Orders

• Copies of logos needed to decorate all products in the batch are automatically copied to the batch folder. Any batch folders older than seven days are automatically deleted. The CSV file is automatically deleted once the logos have been copied.
• This process is controlled by the CAMERA server (IP address 192.168.1.10) using this file:

  C:\Users\andre\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\chromatec.bat

• The file will load whenever the server is restarted.
• A copy of the file's source code is available here.
• Each CSV file needs to be saved with the following path and filename:

  \\192.168.1.10\Users\andre\Desktop\Chroma-Tec_order_data\new.csv
