To perform a search in Akeneo :

1. Choose Enrich > Products. The products grid is displayed. There is a filter bar above the grid. This filter bar contains localized filters : it is a filter is based on an attribute, and if the label of the attribute is defined for the current, the label is displayed. It there is not a label for the locale, the code of the attribute is displayed. You can change the locale with the locale switcher on the top of the screen.
2. Enter the criteria for the search. You can search for specific fields and/or search for specific text, as described below:
   1. Searching for specified fields — To search for specified fields, you need to select the fields then specify the fields values that you want to find.
   a) Select fields as criteria — The Family, Status, Completeness, Created At and Last Updated At are always available as criteria. If you want to search using additional fields as criteria, click Manage filters and tick the desired fields.
   b) Specify the value for each field — Click the field criterion and tick/enter the desired value in the dropdown. If the desired value is not shown in the list, start typing the name of value the to filter the list.
   2. Searching for specified text — Enter the desired text in the Contains text text box and press Update.
3. The search results will automatically update, unless automatic updates doesn’t work. If so, you need to click the Refresh button on the top of the grid.

From this point, there are many different ways to work with products, described below.

  Sort : Click any field header in the search results to sort by that field in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order.
  You cannot sort by the ‘Price’ column, ‘Group’ column, nor the multi-select attributes columns.

  Quick export  : Click the button ‘Export’ to export your search results in the CSV format.

  Configure columns  : Click the button ‘Columns’ to select attributes you want to display in the grid, and the order.
