Picnic Time knowledge base

A product history is a record of changes made to a product, including:

• Changes to an attribute from the user interface
• Changes to an attribute from imports
• Adding / Removing specific attributes
• Classification in categories
• Changes to the status (enable/disable)

For each change, the following is recorded:

• The person (or import) who made the change
• The time at which the change was made
• If an attribute was changed, the new and old values of the attribute

To view a product's history:

1. Open the relevant product in the product database.
2. Open the History tab.
3. The list of changes to the product will display.
