Outlook Proxy Settings

Make sure Outlook is closed
Open Control Panel: Right-click on the Start button (Windows logo button at the bottom-left corner of the desktop) and then click Control Panel
Change View by: to Large icons (at the top-right corner of the window)
Click Mail
Click Email Accounts…
Select your email account and click Repair…
Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types
Click Next
Click More Settings…
Click Connection
Click Exchange Proxy Settings…
Under Connection Settings change the first field to mail.picnictime.com and uncheck the box labeled Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate
Click OK
Click OK
