Customer Service Department Lead

  • Answer incoming phone calls/handle high call volumes (seasonal), Provide information about products and services.Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale. Reseach answers or solutions as needed.
  • Review or make changes to customers accounts
  • Assist with placement of orders via phone, trade shows, truck loads, email or fax, cancel orders, determine freight charges, process payments and transfer orders to invoice, and inquiries about website
  • Handle own back-orders when items become available and process these orders in a timely manner
  • Print Kit components reports for licensed products for each decorating dept, Ines Amazon orders and Bonnie's bulk orders
  • Monitor EDI accounts daily, ensure that orders are exported into Sales Pad, download packing slips through each partners portal, process orders, send acknowledgements, ASN's and invoices and close out the orders by end of shift.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Manage the incoming orders and assigned them to each team member, delegate different customer service duties to team members to ensure a faster and smooth flow of operation
  • Ensure employees have appropriate training to perform their jobs
  • Provide assistance to team members whom are experiencing difficulties on their duties
  • Writes and administer performance reviews
