Promotional Sales Supervisor

  • Facilitates workload of team
  • manages incoming orders and distributes to team
  • Works with trade show coordinator, director of sales & marketing, and national sales manager to establish trade show staffing and schedule
  • Manages escalation of customer complaints and concerns.
  • Training of incoming staffers
  • Communicates directly with National Sales Manager any changes in procedure or policy
  • Coordinates National Sales Meetings with multi-line representatives and Picnic Time sales staff
  • team scheduling - adjustments made as necessary to keep workload as even as possible
  • works directly with production staff to identify improvements and/or challenges to current procedures
  • reviews and coordinates approvals of contracts with Key Accounts
  • receives requests for rebates from key accounts and works with Sales Support A and accounting team to pay

those rebates

  • reviews and approves credits issued to customers
  • works directly with management to evaluate team and identify opportunities and/or challenges. Adjusts as needed to meet requirements
