Customer Service Rep B

  • Answer incoming phone calls/handle high call volumes (seasonal) Provide information about products and services.Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale. Research answers or solutions as needed.
  • Assist with placement of orders via phone, trade shows, email or fax, cancel orders, determine freight charges, process payments and transfer orders to invoice, and inquiries about website
  • Handle own back-orders when items become available and process these orders in a timely manner
  • Monitor assigned accounts daily, ensure that orders and packing slips are downloaded through their portals, processed, invoiced and to provide tracking to each vendor and close out the orders in a timely manner.
  • Assist Warranty Claims Dept. with returns, RMA's, resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers needs, by determining the cause of the problem or issue via phone or email
  • Assist Warehouse Manager in re-printing orders daily from the following sales batch (decoration, pack, pick, ship) by 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm to ensure all orders ship by the required ship date
  • Member of Spam, help plan events, bring employee merriment, help set up new employees make them feel welcome
  • Assist with Kits components reports, print reports for licensed products for each decorating department
