Director of Sales and Marketing

  • Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, goals and establish incentive programs
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential, and inventory requirements
  • Hire independent sales representatives for each territory and market category
  • Monitor performance, train and motivate sales representatives
  • Look for new markets and follow up sales leads/opportunities
  • Hold sales meetings and travel to regional showrooms and exhibitions
  • Present scheduled performance and expense reports
  • Participate in the strategic planning of sales and marketing (including trade shows)
