- Manages Product Development Department and Personnel
- Designs and develops new, innovative products
- Improves existing product designs and features
- Researches market trends and develop a strategic product development plan
- Performs competitive product analysis
- Oversees the entire product development program to completion for the next year's new product offering
- Responsible for supplying Creative Dept. with all pertinent product information needed for each year's catalogs/sales sheets/ price lists
- Helps proof the catalogs
- Prepares for, schedules and runs Product Development meetings, as needed, so Product Development projects can move forward
