Prepares sales materials for promotional events
communicates directly with national sales manager and promotional supervisor to schedule representation for promo events
follows up on meetings attended during promo events. Includes providing samples, virtuals, quotes, and custom orders
follows up on quotes sent to promotional clients when not preparing for or following up on promotional events
works with trade shows team to pick product for promotional events
communicates with multi-line reps to establish leads in their territories resulting from promo meeting-style events
addresses any higher level concerns or questions from Kaeser & Blair group (aside from day-to-day orders & quotes)
attends majority of promo meeting-style events and occasionally a wholesale event
works with trade show coordinator to schedule flights & other travel arrangements for promotional events
assists customers with all requests via phone and/ or email
