Graphics Coordinator, Licensing

Assist promo department in virtual creation, proper file setup and sell sheet requests.
Help with photo editing, cutouts and color correction.
Aid licensing team in creation of virtuals, design sheets and print files.
Correct files the warehouse needs resized, cut-lines added, masks corrected, etc.
Design packaging for entities using their style guides as reference.
Help edit and color studio shots and hero shots.
Assist in setting up trade show booths and making sure they are organized well before being sent off to shows.
Oversee licensing changes due to team updates, item additions and discontinued items.
Assist with upper management artwork requests.
Work with Sales and Marketing Dept. to create blog posts, social media posts, flyers and email blasts.
Handle Zazzle order setup.
Print template setup if Graphic Artists are unavailable.
