Sales Administrator

  • Assist DSM and NBDM in setting up sales meetings and following up sales opportunities.
  • Be the point of contact for all independent wholesale sales representatives.
  • Run and distribute monthly and quarterly sales reports for each representative, group and territory
  • Respond to e-mail requests from key sales representatives, customers and distributors in regard to product information, order status, shipping, pricing, agreements, and any matters relating to the distribution of our products
  • Process orders for sample requests for meetings with key accounts and representatives
  • Research and analyze sales data in preparation for meetings and to assist in strategic planning
  • Review commission reports and respond to inquiries and requests for corrections
  • Update and maintain records for all independent sale representative commission agreements and contracts
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for DSM and NBDM
  • Plan sample requirements and manage sales sample room
  • Cross-train on processing trade show orders, planning, and other key functions
  • Other tasks as assigned by Picnic Time management
