Provide the proper training, tools and support for my team
Primary entity focus will be All Sports, Coca-Cola, US Army, Harley-Davidson
New Contracts: Negotiate advances, royalties, products and channels of distribution
Renewal contracts: Review the contract and make any amendments or payments
Non Renewed Contracts: run sales reports to support decision and collaborate with the upper management team on decision.
Manage/Maintain all Licensed Sku's and UPC's
Handle ALL inquiries from our Entities and their License Managers
Remain the main point of contact for all entities regarding submissions, artwork, contracts and issues
Preparing each month/quarter Sale Projections for most entities
Prepare and report all royalties to each entity on a monthly or quarterly basis
Business Plans/Proposals as needed
Troubleshooting problems & making a high level decisions to correct the issue/s
Oversee licensing projects
Coordinate projects with the Art Team/Licensing Team
Assign tasks to each team member or art team to complete and manage the completion of each task
Oversee and submit all co-brand requests from the Promo Team
Coordinate the packaging designs with the Art Team per Entity specifications
Coordinate DI orders or large special orders (e.g.. Quill)
Approve all custom design with Scott prior to submission phase.
Approve licensed products in the catalogs, licensed product brochures and sell sheets
Communicate to Picnic Time of important changes
Oversee and approve all print files created (e.g.. Cutline files, engraving files, embroidery files)
Remain the main point in Licensing for our Social Responsibility Program/FLA Portal Update
