Support efforts of Dept. Supervisors and monitor performance
Recruiting for all non-warehouse positions
HR Management (counseling, investigations, documentation, discipline)
Maintain Employee Handbook and Company policies
Facilitate management meetings and create action plans
Assist purchasing and product development sourcing new products and building relationships with suppliers
Protection of intellectual property rights
Resolve legal issues
Organizing internal customer service and sales training sessions
Providing direct import and custom item quotations
Oversee and improve employee performance appraisal process
