International Sales Support

Responsibilities include:
Respond to e-mail requests from international customers and distributors in regard to product information, order status, shipping, pricing, agreements, and any matters relating to the distribution of our products outside of the US.

Process international orders and determine routing and documentation for export.

Assist Sales Specialist in setting up sales meetings, trade delegations, and researching opportunities.

Other tasks as assigned by Picnic Time management.

Specific Skills Required:

• Strong organizational skills and the following skills/experience:
• 1-3 years’ experience in international sales.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
• Must work efficiently to meet numerous deadlines.
• Able to work well collaboratively with a team of sales people and managers.
• Highly proficient in the latest versions Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
