Facilitates workload of team
manages incoming orders and distributes to team
Works with trade show coordinator, director of sales & marketing, and national sales manager to establish trade show staffing and schedule
Manages escalation of customer complaints and concerns.
Training of incoming staffers
Communicates directly with National Sales Manager any changes in procedure or policy
Coordinates National Sales Meetings with multi-line representatives and Picnic Time sales staff
team scheduling - adjustments made as necessary to keep workload as even as possible
works directly with production staff to identify improvements and/or challenges to current procedures
reviews and coordinates approvals of contracts with Key Accounts
receives requests for rebates from key accounts and works with Sales Support A and accounting team to pay those rebates
reviews and approves credits issued to customers
works directly with management to evaluate team and identify opportunities and/or challenges. Adjusts as needed to meet requirements
