Proactive quality monitoring (reading consumer reviews) and sharing with product development
Investigation of customer chargebacks and consumer complaints
Maintain product safety protocols
Monitor OSHA standards, reporting and appropriate training
Assist with trademark and patent applications
Regulatory compliance matters such as researching product law tag requirments.
