====== Licensing Coordinator ======

  * Provide support to Licensing Supervisor
  * Primary entity focus will be Disney/Marvel/Lucas (Disney Project Manager)
  * Coordinate Licensing Projects and work with Licensing Supervisor on project due dates
  * Create new items numbers and UPCs and enter in GP/SP
  * Work with Inventory Planner and Buyer on item statuses (such as DISC or TO BE DISC) and change in the system as necessary
  * Submissions for all Entities (cross-trained)
  * Production Samples for all Entities (cross-trained)
  * Assist Licensing Supervisor on Co-Brand or Special Order requests
  * Assist the Licensing Supervisor with Social Responsibilities (CR Program)
  * Communicate to Picnic Time of important changes of Licensed Products
  * Maintain all licensed images
  * Coordinate the packaging designs with the Art Team per Entity specifications
  * Update and Maintain all Disney reference sheets (e.g.. Team Code Lists, Sell Sheets and such)
  * Manage/Maintain all Licensed Sku's and UPC's
  * Communicate to Picnic Time of important changes
  * Maintain print files created (e.g.. Cutline files, engraving files, embroidery files)
