  * Contribute to strategic planning and opportunities for growth that are in alignment with Company core values
  * Support efforts of Dept. Supervisors and monitor performance 
  * Recruiting for all non-warehouse positions
  * HR Management (counseling, investigations, documentation, discipline)
  * Maintain Employee Handbook and Company policies
  * Facilitate management meetings and create action plans
  * Assist purchasing and product development sourcing new products and building relationships with suppliers
  * Protection of intellectual property rights
  * Resolve legal issues
  * Organizing internal customer service and sales training sessions
  * Providing direct import and custom item quotations
  * Oversee and improve employee performance appraisal process
  * Other projects as assigned by Partners
