  * Manages Product Development Department and Personnel
  * Designs and develops new, innovative products
  * Improves existing product designs and features
  * Researches market trends and develop a strategic product development plan
  * Performs competitive product analysis
  * Oversees the entire product development program to completion for the next year's new product offering
  * Responsible for supplying Creative Dept. with all pertinent product information needed for each year's catalogs/sales sheets/ price lists
  * Helps proof the catalogs
  * Prepares for, schedules and runs Product Development meetings, as needed, so Product Development projects can move forward
