====== Promotional Events Specialist ======

  * Prepares sales materials for promotional events
  * communicates directly with national sales manager and promotional supervisor to schedule representation for promo events
  * follows up on meetings attended during promo events.  Includes providing samples, virtuals, quotes, and custom orders
  * follows up on quotes sent to promotional clients when not preparing for or following up on promotional events
  * works with trade shows team to pick product for promotional events
  * communicates with multi-line reps to establish leads in their territories resulting from promo meeting-style events
  * addresses any higher level concerns or questions from Kaeser & Blair group (aside from day-to-day orders & quotes)
  * attends majority of promo meeting-style events and occasionally a wholesale event
  * works with trade show coordinator to schedule flights & other travel arrangements for promotional events
  * assists customers with all requests via phone and/ or email
