====== Promotional Sales Supervisor ====== * Facilitates workload of team * manages incoming orders and distributes to team * Works with trade show coordinator, director of sales & marketing, and national sales manager to establish trade show staffing and schedule * Manages escalation of customer complaints and concerns. * Training of incoming staffers * Communicates directly with National Sales Manager any changes in procedure or policy * Coordinates National Sales Meetings with multi-line representatives and Picnic Time sales staff * team scheduling - adjustments made as necessary to keep workload as even as possible * works directly with production staff to identify improvements and/or challenges to current procedures * reviews and coordinates approvals of contracts with Key Accounts * receives requests for rebates from key accounts and works with Sales Support A and accounting team to pay those rebates * reviews and approves credits issued to customers * works directly with management to evaluate team and identify opportunities and/or challenges. Adjusts as needed to meet requirements
