====== Product Administrator ======

  * Proactive liaison between all PT depts. and suppliers re: production-related matters involving materials/components, labelling, packaging, etc.
  * Identifies processes and develop procedures to ensure product integrity
  * Creates and maintains all Manufacturing Detail Sheets (MDSs) so they are accurate and reflect all the detailed information and requirements necessary for suppliers to produce our items as intended.
  * Sends PO packets (including PO, MDSs, Info. Tags, packaging artwork, and any other labels, etc.) to factories
  * Creates and maintains Information Tags and ensures they are trilingual
  * Manages cataloging of all labeling requirements for each SKU
  * Generates UPC bar codes and save as graphics files to be used in packaging artwork
  * Coordinates packaging improvements and revisions with Creative Dept. via Intervals software program
  * Coordinates with Key Retail Dept. and/or Licensing for Direct Import/Custom Orders to ensure order details meet customers' expectations
  * Liaison to QA Coordinator for product/packaging improvements
  * Coordinates the cataloging of trilingual (English, Spanish, French) requirements and translations needed for product labeling (Canada, Europe, etc.)
  * Works with DAM (Data Asset Management) Dept. to maintain product data accuracy 
  * Inputs and revises product information in Product Data Base
  * Supports Product Development Coordinator and Product Designer, as needed
