====== Holidays ======
All __full-time__ employees (after completion of their 90 day probationary period) will be paid for the following holidays if the holiday falls on a weekday (Monday through Friday). Part time employees do not qualify for paid holidays. An employee is considered part time if they work less than an average of 30 hours per week.
  * New Year’s Day
  * Memorial Day
  * Independence Day
  * Labor Day
  * Thanksgiving Day
  * Christmas Day
If a Company-designated holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday it will be within the Company’s discretion as to when and if the holiday will be observed.
The Company will publish and post a revised holiday schedule prior to the beginning of each calendar year to identify the actual dates when holidays are observed and any discretionary holidays.
2016 Holiday Schedule
  * New Year’s Day (2016) Friday, January 1 (Paid 8 hours)
  * Memorial Day Monday, May 30 (Paid 8 hours)
  * Independence Day Monday, July 4 (Paid 8 hours)
  * Labor Day Monday, September 5 (Paid 8 hours)
  * Thanksgiving Day Thursday, November 24 (Paid 8 hours)
  * Day after Thanksgiving Friday, November 25 (Unpaid)
  * Christmas Day Sunday, December 25 (Unpaid)
  * Day after Christmas Day Monday, December 26 (Paid 8 hours)
  * New Year’s Day (2017) Sunday, January 1 (Unpaid)
  * Day after New Year’s Day (2017) Monday, January 2 (Paid 8 hours)
*During the last week of the year December 25th – January 1st there will be an alternative work schedule based on the operating needs of each department. A detailed schedule will be provided around December 1st 2016.
